I enjoyed drawing Windy so much!! The details are really amazing. I didn't know what I was drafting. And after drafting, I felt dizzy because I concentrated too much on the screen. As you see, the colour of the fan is strange....because I don't have the suitable colour. And I am TERRIBLY SORRY that I made a really TERRIBLE mistake!! Please act as if you did not notice if you did... (Hope it doesn't lower the quality! although the quality is not very high to start with, lol) I hope that  and everyone like it and critiques are always welcomed. The only flaws I really see are the rather obvious ones; the pose and such, but I'm sure you already knew that, so let's not think about those. xD
If the eyes were... a tiny bit closer together, well, you could try that and see how it would look. I'd think better, but I don't know. ^^'

And she is holding the fan, using her...left? hand. I actually drew her hand for the draft, but the sleeve should cover it. So I didn't draw the hand.
And for the legs, I am not sure how I should correct it...
